Title: Desktop Support Technician

Job Location: Redwood City, CA

Job Description:

Our customer is seeking a Desktop Support Technician with at least 4 years of experience working with Microsoft products (MS Office, Windows Outlook, Active Directory).

Responsibilities:

  • Will be doing refresh installs  and troubleshooting.
  • Adding and deleting users from Active Directory supporting over 500 users.
  • Building machines from scratch.
  • Windows 2007 and/or 2010 software support

Qualifications:

  • Must have an experience working with Microsoft products.
  • Previous Software Support.
  • Basic Networking  skills
  • Windows Desktop Support
  • Active Directory
