Salary and Compensation
BEAR Data provides compensation that leads the industry. Salary and bonuses are based on a combination of individual performance and company profitability to reward your initiative and results.
Retirement
A 401(k) Qualified Retirement plan is offered to all employees and we will match up to 30% of employee 401k contributions out of available Company profits at the end of the calendar year.

Full-time regular employees may participate in our medical insurance plan starting the 1st day of the month following their start date and are eligible for the following:
